PTFE sintering furnace is used for PTFE products sintering. Recirculated air blower is provided to constantly circulate hot air in interior chamber, with high rate vertical or horizontal airflow, which offer excellent temperature uniformity.
The sintering of PTFE products is an important part in the shaping process, which will directly affect the physical and mechanical properties of the products.Therefore, the sintering temperature, cooling rate and chamber temperature should be strictly controlled to make the products have ideal molecular weight, crystallinity and porosity. Eliminate residual stress and prevent deformation and cracking.

▶ SAFETY PROTECTION
